Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup, dropoff, parking, stair, elevator, and item details.
- Make sure items are legally available for pickup, delivery, assembly, or removal.
- Tell Dash K Express about fragile, oversized, unusually heavy, or restricted items before service.
